Graeme Pratt BA (Hons) MArch ADPPA
Graeme is an enthusiastic architect whose approach to design has been influenced by extensive travel at home and abroad. Always keen to exceed client expectations, Graeme also actively engages with local architecture as a member of the Leeds Society of Architects (LSA).
Starting as a summer placement in 2008, Graeme returned after gaining 8 months experience in New Zealand during his Part I year out. Undertaking his Part II part-time while continuing to broaden and strengthen his experience with P+HS across a range of sectors, he went on to successfully pass his Part III exams and received ARB accreditation in May 2018.
Graeme is based in our Leeds office and has spent time working with both our housing and healthcare teams. Significant projects include the continued development of large scale residential developments for Kebbell Homes at Middle Deepdale in Scarborough, alongside a 24 unit supported housing development. He has also assisted with the delivery of Endcliffe Ward, Longley Centre - a mental health scheme in Sheffield, and refurbishment work for St Andrew’s Healthcare, creating the academic centre within the Grade II* listed main building at their Northampton site.
