Patrick Kelly BA DipArch RIBA
Patrick joined P+HS Architects in 2004 and qualified as an Architect in 2005. He’s worked on a broad range of projects covering residential masterplanning, private and social housing, commercial and healthcare sectors, working with sole responsibility on smaller projects and as a key member of larger project design teams.
As a Project Architect within the healthcare team, Patrick plays a key role as lead designer bringing considerable experience in the design and delivery of complex healthcare schemes. Healthcare projects include the new build hospital for Nuffield Cambridge and the Church View Medical Centre, along with the Radiotherapy Unit and Cystic Fibrosis Centre for Nottingham University Hospitals. Patrick has also worked closely with a dedicated team for the design and delivery of St Andrew’s Project Fitzroy. As design lead for the classical elevations and general design intent, Patrick has worked closely with Adam Architects to design a scheme which has been well received by both the Client and Local Authority.
Patrick’s residential experience includes private dwellings within a sensitive conservation area in Leeds, 25 timber frame houses at Leeming Bar and various detailed and successful bids for Persimmon and Bellway Homes.
