Ben Edditts

An advanced Autodesk Revit user, Ben joined P+HS Architects in 2012 and has worked on several BIM projects. A key member of our technical team, Ben is now a Senior Technologist at P+HS.

Working primarily within the healthcare team Ben has provided technical support for new build and refurbishment schemes for the NHS. These include the major refurbishment and extension of operating theatres at Darlington Memorial Hospital (DMH), MRI replacements across various Trusts, same day emergency care at DMH, and a new facility for Psychiatry of Old Age Service (POAS) for North Tyneside Hospital. On the residential side, Ben led the technical delivery of a new Extra Care scheme in Scarborough, Webb Ellis Court, providing 63 new homes for over 55s and those with additional care needs.

Ben is currently leading the technical delivery of a highly complex major refurbishment project for theatres at the Newcastle RVI Hospital as well as several large scale department refurbishments at Hexham Hospital.
