Ben Fields

Ben is one of our technical team based in the Leeds office. With experience spanning both residential and healthcare projects, Ben is a versatile and valued member of the team. An associate member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists Ben is now working towards full MCIAT accreditation.

Recent project work includes:

Laburnum Grove, a residential scheme of 59 affordable family homes with a range of house types. Delivering full stage 4-5 technical delivery drawing package, attending on-site meetings and dealing with queries.

Withybush Decant Ward, a modular healthcare project for Actiform consisting of 5 4-bedroom wards. Full Stage 4-5 Technical delivery. Package of drawings include elevations, floors plans, C-sheets, Building Sections, 1:5 details, link design proposals co-ordinating with Engineers.

Nolan Hall & Father James Walsh Assisted living schemes – Stage 4 Technical delivery of 2 sites appointed by Karbon Homes. Nolan Hall contains 3 blocks and 12 individual plots and Father James contains 6 bungalow blocks and 10 individual plots and a staff block. Drawing package included floor plans, elevations, 1:5 details, Room loaded drawings, site plans, Boundary treatments, sitewide information, co-ordination of services.
