Callumn Beattie

Callum joined our Leeds Studio in January 2020 as an Architectural Technologist, adding further technical strength to our residential teams.

An MCIAT member, Callumn is skilled in both AutoCAD and Revit, bringing valuable expertise in project leadership and management. He also excels in Contract Administration, successfully overseeing multiple schemes.

Previously, Callumn has worked on numerous residential projects, including PRS conversions, where he enjoyed breathing new life into vacant historic buildings. He has also delivered multiple healthcare schemes in collaboration with various trusts and is currently focused on delivering modular buildings. Callumn is passionate about all aspects of construction, from early design and planning to delivering future-proof, completed projects that clients are proud of.
