David Old

David joined P+HS Architects in November 2019 as a senior Architectural Technologist. Having worked in several practices in the North East for over 40 years, he brings with him many years of experience gained over a prodigious variety of projects covering healthcare, commercial, housing association, care for the elderly, education, industrial and private housing.

In recent years, David has worked on several multi-million pound academy projects. Prior to these education projects his work was predominantly within the healthcare sector where he managed projects covering operating theatres, sterile services, medical physics laboratories, blood labelling suites, MRI installations, radiography, numerous other medical disciplines and mental healthcare units .

David is currently assisting our Stokesley office on a mental healthcare facility at Roseberry Park Hospital in Middlesbrough.
