Heather re-joined the practice in June 2018 after a career break to look after her young family.
With over ten years’ experience in private Architectural practices across the North East, Heather has designed and managed a range of project types for Healthcare, Education, Community, and Residential clients from inception through to completion on site. She is skilled in fostering close client relationships ensuring that clients’ expectations are exceeded and projects successful. In her last outing in the Architectural profession she was a key player in developing a tranche of Social Housing masterplans and feasibility studies for Extra Care facilities whilst assisting the interior design team with several schemes including a Day care centre for people affected by dementia.
Heather originally joined P+HS back in 2002 and was a key member of the Healthcare team working on the first tranche of the LIFT initiative taking the lead on Barnsley Medical Centre. She was also the Design Architect for a Library and Extra Care scheme in Stokesley, creating a modern facility that blended seamlessly into the rural vernacular of the town.
Now a permanent member of the Stokesley team she is currently Project Architect for the Learning Resource Centre at James Cook University Hospital for South Tees Hospitals NHS Trust.
