Joe Davenport

A highly experienced Chartered Architectural Technologist and avid Revit user accustomed to delivering schemes to BIM Level 2, Joe joined our Leeds team in January 2021 and became an Associate in 2022. in 2023 Joe was appointed as Technical Lead in 2023, providing support to Technical Manager Steve Hatcher.

Joe has wide ranging knowledge spanning commercial, education, healthcare and residential sectors.

Since joining P+HS Architects, Joe has led the technical delivery of a £17.9m Emergency Department for North Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Trust, as well as a new modular theatre scheme for Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals. Joe is currently leading the technical design for a new Emergency Department at Bassetlaw Hospital for Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.

Joe is a great supporter of the next generation of technologists: often found mentoring younger colleagues, Joe has also built a relationship with Leeds Beckett University's BSc Architectural Technology course where he provides feedback through critique sessions and runs through technical workshops to share knowledge and ideas to help students in detailing their final year projects.
