Josh Westwood

Josh joined P+HS Architects in 2014 as a trainee, combining work and study to complete his qualifications in Construction Building and progressing to become a valued member of our technical team. After a brief hiatus, working for a contractor, Josh returned to our Stokesley studio in October 2022.

As an experienced member our of Technical Team, coupled with Project Management experience contractor-side, Josh brings a wealth of knowledge to early stakeholder engagement and the technical delivery of healthcare projects.

Project experience includes the award-winning Hammerson House in North London and The James Cook Urgent Treatment Centre in Middlesbrough. He has more recently led various healthcare schemes at The James Cook University Hospital, as well as other residential and commercial projects.

Josh is experienced with technical delivery software and BIM. Having exercised the duties of Principal Designer and Principal Contractor, Josh also offers a good understanding of the CDM Regulations 2015. Josh has acted as Technical Advisor, Contract Administrator, and Principal Designer (Building Regulations) across multiple projects.
