Maral Tulip

Maral is a Senior Architect with experience in a wide range of projects spanning Healthcare , Residential, Workspace, Event/ Hospitality and Heritage.

As an original co-founder of RIBA northeast YAPF and one of twelve RIBA Role Models (2015), Maral is passionate about encouraging diversity, inclusion, and equality within the architecture and built environment sector. She thrives in supporting fellow professionals and those who are starting off within the field of built environment and she has recently become a mentor for The Girls Network, to inspire and empower girls from the least advantaged communities.

She is also keen on applying her skills and architectural knowledge by getting involved in tutoring, engaging with students in schools and by becoming one of CBBC’s Designers for ‘The Dengineer’s’ programme.

Joining the P+HS team in June 2023, Maral is currently working with the University Hospital of Leicester NHS Trust on a 20 Bed Ward as an independent unit within the Hospital.
