Nathan Sanders

Nathan joined P+HS in March 2019 with significant experience in the delivery of residential projects of all scales. After initially joining the housing team, he spent three years as a Team Leader while expanding his skillset over multiple sectors. Now as Studio Principal in Newcastle, Nathan's responsibilities include managing resources and overseeing the studio environment to ensure it supports and enhances our culture and values, as well as identifying recruitment and development needs.

A Senior Architect and motivated designer, Nathan is interested in both the creative and technical aspects of architecture and creating places that clients and users are proud of. Since joining the Practice, Nathan has designed and delivered numerous residential masterplans, a house type range for a social landlord, a school extension, feasibility studies for new build and refurbishment commercial properties and various healthcare projects.

Away from designing buildings, he is interested in Placemaking and Urban Design, Augmented Reality, Automation in Construction and Artificial Intelligence, and how they all have the potential to transform how we design and deliver buildings.
