Paul McNeil

Paul is a long-serving member of the team, originally joining P+HS in 2004 and in 2019 joining our senior team as an Associate. As well as his outstanding technical expertise, Paul has a good understanding of procurement and has experience in both healthcare and residential projects.

Significant healthcare schemes include The Galleries, an exemplar primary care refurbishment and Houghton Primary Care Centre, the first BREEAM Outstanding for the NHS.

In the residential sector, Paul was a driving force in the successful delivery of phases B and C of the multi award-winning ‘The Malings', a sustainable, award winning community scheme in the heart of Newcastle’s historic Ouseburn Valley. Paul also led the delivery of Ochre Yards, a 600+ apartment development in Gateshead.

Currently Paul is leading the delivery team for a high rise residential development in Salford Quays, comprising a 27 storey tower block of 270 apartments with a 13 storey block of 272 apartments.
