Steve is a highly knowledgeable Architectural Technologist, with extensive experience of large acute and mental healthcare schemes as well as commercial and mixed-use projects. In October 2015 Steve was appointed as an Associate, leading one of our healthcare teams.
Experienced in both new-build and refurbishment schemes via a range of procurement routes - D+B, P21 and P21+ and JCT contracts - Steve has also worked with a range of modern methods of construction and innovative technical solutions.
Steve's high level of technical expertise was recognised by CIAT in 2014 when he won their Technical Excellence Award for his work on the award winning cancer treatment centre, the Endeavour Unit at James Cook University Hospital.
A highly skilled Autodesk Revit user, Steve has delivered numerous projects using 3D modelling with embedded intelligent data, sharing native model files with other parties for co-ordination. He is a BRE Academy BIM Member and is part of the P+HS team implementing the updated standards and processes for BIM Level 2 across the Practice.
