Susan Mayfield

An Architectural Technologist with over 25 years' experience, Susan joined our Stokesley studio in March 2023.

During her career, Susan has worked on a variety of social housing, residential, commercial and retail projects. She has a particular specialism and interest in the social housing sector where she has been responsible for producing the technical detailing for numerous extra care schemes including specialist accommodation for people with visual impairments or dementia.

As part of our technical team, Susan is currently working on the redevelopment of the former Sunderland Civic Centre site for major housebuilder Countryside Partnerships.
