The Supported Living Village in Jarrow has been carefully designed for people with complex needs and learning difficulties, incorporating on-site staff accommodation for multiple care providers to ensure high-quality, continuous support.

The scheme for Karbon Homes and South Tyneside Adult Social Services includes a mix of bungalows and apartments, each with access to shared spaces including a hobby room, landscaped communal gardens, and a central courtyard. Some homes also benefit from their own private outdoor space, offering a variety of options tailored to different user needs.
