Building Awards shortlist Offsite Project

Hot on the heels of news that we have made the finals for Architectural Practice of the Year at Healthcare Estates (IHEEM), we received more good news on the awards front this week.

Kings College Hospital Outpatients has made the final cut as Building's 2023 Offsite Project of the Year!

The Building Awards said: "The number of entries continues to increase year on year, and so to reach this stage and become a finalist really is a huge accolade."

Congratulations to the team at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Premier Modular, the project has been a huge success: constructed rapidly on a constrained site the new facility is helping to reduce waiting times and improve the patient experience for urgent care services.

Earlier this year the scheme won Project of the Year at The MMC Awards. We will have to wait until 7th November for the winners to be revealed for Building so fingers crossed until then! The Buildings Awards 2023 finalists can be seen here in full.
