Completion of a new Children's Home in Newcastle

We are thrilled to have handed over a fantastic Children’s Home which was designed and developed for Newcastle City Council, setting a new standard for residential children’s care within the city.

Opening the doors to its first residents in January 2025, this children’s home provides 4 children’s bedrooms and 2 staff bedrooms with a series of communal living spaces, such as; homework room, games room, living room around a private garden space to create a private and homely environment within the wider context of the city. 

A huge well done to everyone involved in bringing this project to life, including Adderstone Living, Billinghurst George & Partners, Wilson Gray, One Environments, E3 Ecology, and Dewpoint.
