P+HS Coronavirus Update 2nd April 2020

P+HS Architects’ senior team are continuing to closely monitor news and guidance regarding Covid-19 to ensure that our business continuity plan and working from home protocols are fit for purpose and aligned with Government advice. Our priority is the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff, our clients and the wider public as well as the resilience of the business and its ability to continue to deliver an uninterrupted quality service whilst recognising our collective, national obligation to work within all government guidelines.

We fully appreciate how recent events may impact upon you, your family, your colleagues and your place of work. All of us will need to deal with the situation differently to protect those around us and ensure we also look to a positive future. We would like to make it clear that, as things stand, you are still able to continue working with P+HS Architects without interruption. We have issued clear guidance to all staff on working from home and put our continuity plan into action, with the following arrangements:

All teams are now working from home unless essential access to an office is required. They have full IT and telephone connectivity to provide the necessary services to continue with your development projects. Our enhanced communication systems mean that you can contact all staff in the usual way via landlines, mobile numbers and email.

Staff are using virtual tele-conference or traditional conference call meetings in place of face to face contact. We apologise if this impacts upon you but we know that you, like us, recognise the importance of these measures and the need to comply with our Government’s request. We feel it is important to make you aware of our position, and our continuity planning measures, to protect our people, the business and wider community, whilst ensuring that we continue to provide our clients with an excellent service.

We will continue to monitor the situation, to prioritise safety and service and to comply with Government directives. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
