New Berwick Hospital proposals go online as social distancing measures ban traditional public consultation methods.

Working with planning consultant Lichfields we have moved the scheduled public consultation for the new hospital in Berwick from a traditional town hall setting to a web-based consultation event. A dedicated website has been developed to enable people to view and comment on the proposals ahead of the scheme being submitted for planning in the coming months.

The website went live on April 2nd and people are invited to share their feedback via a short comment form by Monday 20th April.

The new £25m hospital will re-provide all services of the existing hospital and embrace the latest technology. It is planned that Well Close Medical Group will be part of the new development which will pave the way for further integration between primary care and secondary care in the area.
