New Endoscopy Suite for Harrogate

Staff at Harrogate District Hospital joined P+HS, Houlton, and the rest of the design team, to celebrate the handover of the new Endoscopy Suite at Harrogate District Hospital.

Procured through the Yorbuild framework, this complex first floor extension and infill scheme involved modular and traditional construction in a number of overlapping phases. The narrow site was surrounded by live departments, providing a substantial technical and logistical challenge. The successful result is a new facility which provides a significant upgrade in quality and capacity for the Trust’s delivery of endoscopy screening and treatment services.
