New Hospital Opens Ahead of Schedule

Foss Park, a new adult mental health facility in York has opened ahead of schedule, welcoming its first patients this week.

Director Derek Shepherd, who led P+HS Architects’ team said: After 4 years of design and construction we are delighted to see the arrival of service users and staff at Foss Park. Following extensive consultation and sensitive consideration of the project the hospital looks fantastic. We can’t wait to receive feedback from the people who will provide and receive the excellent care the building was purposefully design for.
