P+HS Charity Giving Enhancing Lives

How fabulous to be able to share a good news story!

For our charity giving this year, P+HS Architects chose to support some of the people and projects we have worked with. We are therefore delighted to have been able to fund some extra cheer over the festive season for staff, patients, and service users at three of our projects. The recipients are: Foss Park Hospital, York; Northern Centre for Cancer Care, Carlisle; Vista, Leicester

All three will use their £1,000 differently, according to what will make the biggest positive impact.

Staff at Foss Park are going shopping to buy treats and games with gift cards funded by P+HS to lift the spirits of everyone who will be at the hospital over Christmas or cared for at home by the outreach teams.

Martin Dale, Strategic Project Manager, TEWV NHS said:

“The teams were chuffed to bits and the timing of it all was a real lift too! It is fair to say that staff at Foss Park have a real sense of pride in the building so receiving a wonderful donation from P+HS Architects, who designed the hospital, means a great deal to everyone. They are all very appreciative of the difference this will make for the teams working over the Christmas period.”

We can’t wait to hear how our other projects will use their donations but one thing we know for sure: it will all be used to benefit people and enhance lives, and at P+HS Architects that’s all we could wish for.
