Discussing the Future of Sustainable Housing

Earlier this month, Derek Shepherd, one of our directors, participated in the PHA roundtable at Elevate's Northern Sustainability Summit.

This event united property leaders and industry professionals to discuss topical themes shaping the housing sector and influencing the future of sustainable housing delivery.

Reflecting on the day's discussions, Derek shared,

“Representing P+HS I was delighted to be part of the round table discussion at the Northern Sustainability Summit. A thoroughly enjoyable debate on the importance of how sustainable housing must be at the forefront of the new Governments ambition to build 1.5million houses in the next five years. Whilst there are many challenges to delivering the housing numbers, the right balance must be found to include for future generations to overcome climate changes.”
