Planning Approval for Affordable Homes in West Denton

P+HS Architects have secured planning approval for 45 new homes (a mix of 2, 3 & 4 beds), a children’s home and two sports pitches for community use in West Denton, Newcastle. Working in Partnership with Tolent this is the result of a successful collaboration between the design team - P+HS Architects, Billinghurst George & Partners, One Environments and Newcastle City Council’s planning department. We hope that these fantastic homes for children and families in the city will be welcoming their new residents in the summer of 2024.
