Planning Approval for New Homes

P+HS Architects have secured planning approval for 18 new homes in Sheffield for South Yorkshire Housing Association.

The development will transform a neglected vacant plot of land on the corner of Finchwell Road and Quarry Road, Handsworth, providing much needed new homes for shared ownership and affordable rent.

There will be a mix of three bed houses and one bed apartments with good parking provision, a new access road and hard and soft landscaping. Work is scheduled to begin at the end of May.
