Planning Approval for Specialist Living Accommodation in South Tyneside

P+HS Architects have secured planning approval for a mixture of bungalows and apartments for people with complex learning disability needs, alongside supporting staff accommodation for a number of care providers. All dwellings have access to a communal landscaped garden within a central courtyard space, where the bungalows have access to private and semi-private garden spaces also, enhancing the variety of offerings to different residents.

Working in Partnership with South Tyneside Adult Social Care this is the result of a successful collaboration between the design team - P+HS Architects, CK21, Southern Green and South Tyneside City Council’s planning department. We hope that these fantastic homes will be welcoming their new residents towards the end of 2024.
