Planning Approval for Supported Living Bungalows in South Tyneside

P+HS Architects have secured planning approval for ten bespoke, specialist supported living bungalows for people with autism and complex learning disability needs, alongside supporting staff accommodation for a number of care providers. Working in Partnership with South Tyneside Adult Social Care this is the result of a successful collaboration between the design team - P+HS Architects, CK21, Southern Green and South Tyneside City Council’s planning department. We hope that these fantastic homes will be welcoming their new residents towards the end of 2024.
