Reserved matters application submitted for Diana Princess of Wales Hospital

We are delighted to say we have submitted a reserved matters application for a 220 bed Key Worker Accommodation, working closely with Kier we are delivering the scheme for North East Lincolnshire Trust set in the grounds of Diana Princess of Wales. The proposed development will provide the trust with the most up to date accommodation for their doctors and students.

The high-spec residential scheme is a key component of the Trust’s strategy to attract quality, skilled medical recruits to Grimsby. It will feature 124 apartments for junior doctors and 96 individual en-suite bedrooms with shared communal spaces for student nurses.

Reducing costs and the carbon footprint of the site is a fundamental requirement of the contract and the design team are working together closely to ensure the building is designed to provide the best possible energy performance, and be of sustainable construction.
