New Affordable Homes Underway

Work has started on site on a scheme of 71 contemporary 2 ,3 and 4 bedroom houses on the site of a former car sales garage in Sedgefield. The houses, on Salters Lane, will provide affordable accommodation for livin and are being developed by Hardwick Homes (NE).

Set around an attractive open space with a sustainable urban drainage scheme the completed scheme will be further enhanced with public artwork.
