Starting on site for the refurbishment of a Children’s Home in Newcastle

The Children’s Home has been designed and developed for Newcastle City Council, following a new standard for residential children’s care within the city. P+HS Architects have worked closely with the design team to design a scheme which consists of single and two storey infill extensions, alterations to elevations and external works, as well as, significant sustainable improvements such as, photovoltaic panels and installation of heat pumps. 

Working in Partnership with Newcastle City Council Children’s Services this is the result of a successful collaboration between the design team - P+HS Architects, CK21 and Wilson Gray. Able Construction have been appointed as the Main Contractor and we hope that this fantastic home will be welcoming their new residents towards the end of 2025.
