Fortis Quay

P+HS Architects is working with Beaumont Morgan delivering two of the high rise developments at Fortis Quay in Salford: Northill (27 storeys) and Grapnel (12 storeys) in total creating over 530 high specification apartments.

The completed development will include a gym for the Fortis Quay residents, on site concierge and car parking, as well as extensive grounds with landscaped avenues, a neighbourhood square, recreational space and children’s play areas.

Appointed from RIBA Stage 3, P+HS are providing architectural services for the two new blocks, Grapnell and Northill. A further two existing multi storey buildings on the site are also being converted and extended. Mott McDonald and ELLUC Projects are structural engineers for the projects, Services engineering is from FHP and BWB with landscape design by DEP.
