Fusion Hive

Part of Muse Developments’ £100m Northshore regeneration scheme, adjacent to the River Tees and Stockton town centre, Fusion Hive provides high tech modern, flexible workspace for new and growing SMEs in the digital, scientific and creative sectors.

Developed in partnership with the Homes and Communities Agency, Stockton Council, Teesside University and Muse, the project benefitted from ERDF and HCA funding. P+HS were appointed as part of Parsons Brinckerhoff team to deliver technical design and production information through to completion, including the interior design and artwork.

In addition to offices from 19m2 to 144m2 suited to a range of business needs, there are meeting rooms, training and seminar facilities, shared kitchens, beverage bays and break out areas, as well as showers and car parking. Telecoms and IT connectivity are on tap. The contemporary new design aims to provide an environment to encourage collaborations, where businesses can grow and thrive. Business support is provided by Teesside University who manage the facility; companies have access to research, academic expertise, graduate resource, training and networks to support their development and growth.
