North Leeds Medical Practice
A new 3-storey health centre on a suburban site replacing an outdated GP surgery. The practice decanted into temporary accommodation for the duration of the build ensuring continuation of services throughout.
Accommodation includes consulting and treatment rooms, clinical support and retail pharmacy. The design team allowed for expansion to meet future community healthcare needs. Photovoltaic panels concealed within the central area of the double-pitch roof help the building to achieve BREEAM Excellent.
