On Site Fortis Quay

P+HS Architects was appointed to provide architectural services from RIBA Stage 3 for two multi-storey projects at Fortis Quays: Northill (27 storeys) and Grapnel (12 storeys) in total creating over 530 high specification apartments.

Northill comprises of 270 residential apartments spread over a 27 storey tower, with a selection of studios and premium one, two and three bedroom apartments. Facilities will include a communal garden and an on site gym. The project is being constructed by Beaumont Morgan, developed by Fortis Developments.
