On Site Hillhead Parkway
Hillhead Parkway is one of five sites being developed for Newcastle City Council's Fairer Housing Unit. It will provide accessible homes for over 55s with a choice of accommodation comprising 16 Bungalows, 16 Tyneside Flats and a Block of 32 one and two-bed apartments.
