A new development for Karbon Homes and South Tyneside Adult Social Services. P+HS Architects have designed a mixture of bungalows and apartments for people with complex learning disability needs, alongside supporting staff accommodation for a number of care providers. All dwellings have access to a communal landscaped garden within a central courtyard space, where the bungalows have access to private and semi-private garden spaces also, enhancing the variety of offerings to different residents.
Able Construction have been appointed and will work in partnership with P+HS Architects, CK21, Storm Tempest, Artis Consulting and Southern Green to deliver the scheme. We hope that these bespoke homes will be welcoming their new residents in October 2024.
