On Site Salters Lane
Work has started on site for a scheme of 71 affordable homes for rent in Sedgefield, County Durham.
The contemporary 2 ,3 and 4 bedroom houses are being developed by Hardwick Homes (NE) for housing provider livin. North East supplier Fencehouse is supplying the timber frame cassette panels and roof trusses which are being delivering to site one plot at a time.
Although construction was paused at the start of lock down, Hardwick Homes rapidly implemented safe working measures and re-sequenced operations to allow work to continue.
The site is progressing well and we look forward to bringing you updates over the coming months.
