On Site Sunderland Civic Centre
Working with Countryside Partnership North East, P+HS Architects are delivering a scheme of 265 homes at a prominent site in Sunderland. Once home to Sunderland Civic Centre the new development will see a mix of dwellings including two bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom houses provided in a central location with excellent access to amenities and transport links. This site story will document progress as the scheme develops, from the demolition of the 1960s Civic Centre building through to completion.
June - July 2024
Fantastic to see the progress on site today as work advances across the whole development. Apartment Block D gets ever closer to completion whilst the first of the houses are now almost at roof level.
