Located in Northallerton, The Mount is an exciting development currently under construction, providing 12 much-needed affordable apartments for residents over 55.

P+HS Architects has worked closely with Mulberry Homes and Moody Construction to design a two-story building that meets modern needs while respecting the character of the area. The design complements the surrounding architecture, including a nearby listed care home that was once a Georgian villa.

Set within mature woodland, the site features both communal and private garden areas, with amenities just a short walk away. The Mount is envisioned as a landmark project for the town, setting a new benchmark for future developments by blending thoughtful, contemporary design with the town's rich historical character. This project not only respects its heritage setting but also elevates it, creating an inspiring space that provides lasting value to the community and enhances the area's appeal for generations to come.
