Senior Architect, Manchester

Focused on the residential sector, you will:

• Have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in residential design

• Have established contacts within the Registered Provider and private rental sectors, in the North West and West Midlands region

• Have the drive and passion to create great places to live that enhance lives

• Have proven experience of Client management, and delivery of medium to large scale residential developments

• Have experience and an in-depth understanding of residential layouts, urban place making, and relevant regulations

• Be ambitious in your desire to develop your key sector contacts

• Have a desire to build up and be part of a great team, to be instrumental in creating a fantastic office and work environment underpinned by a successful 2nd generation practice.

• Have great communication skills

• Have proven technical delivery ability, understanding value, sector challenges and sustainability agendas

• Have experience in the design of residential care and support living projects

• Have a business acumen

The role will involve having visibility pan-office working with our experienced team of designers and technologists, and will involve occasional travelling to our other offices.
