Swanland Park

Swanland Park is a development of new homes in a quiet rural location just two minutes from the town of Helmsley in North Yorkshire.

Following completion of a highly successful residential development at Linkfoot Lane for Wharfedale Homes, work began around the corner at Swanland Road, to provide a further 61 homes for the growing community in this popular North Yorkshire market town.

Designed to appeal to a range of occupants with dwellings ranging from 1-bed apartments to 5-bed detached homes, this collection of high-quality houses was completed in three phases.
