A development of 21 dwellings for sale: 19 new build and 2 conversions of the grade II listed administration building to the disused nursing home which previously occupied the site.
The two conversions included small extensions in matching stonework; building works included the restoration of the stone facades, slate roof and lead dormer windows.
The new houses of natural stone with slate roofs, were built around a central village square with existing trees.
